Jennifer earned the coveted Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR) designation through the National Association of Realtors (NAR) in 2004. The Real Estate Buyers Agent Council was founded in 1988 to promote superior buyer representation services. REBAC’s membership is 40,000 strong and is the world’s largest organization of real estate professionals concentrating on buyer representation. Only those Realtors who meet strict course, professional experiential and sales volume requirements are awarded the Accredited Buyers Representative designation.
There are currently only 94 Accredited Buyer Representatives in the City of Boston.
Jennifer appreciates that there is a significant amount of information buyers should acquire prior to commencing the process of buying a home and throughout the sales transaction. She disseminates the necessary qualitative information and quantitative data to thoroughly educate her buyer clients on the home buying process, present market conditions and historical market trends, the importance of a strong condominium association and neighborhood statistics. You are not only buying a new place to live but investing in your future. The following is a portion of what Jennifer can offer as a buyer’s agent at no cost (in Massachusetts, commissions are paid for by the seller):
