Most recently, Jennifer was the exclusive marketing agent for a $93 million dollar, 108-unit new construction building downtown, The Causeway. Additionally, she successfully marketed and 100% sold out a $5,000,000 condominium building, Marathon Place, on Boylston Street in Back Bay.

Jennifer is an experienced property locator for developers; therefore, she can identify opportunities through a vast cultivated network outside of the traditional Multiple Listing Service (MLS).
